Every home is different when it comes to squirrel damages; however, the best answer is to get the squirrel problem addressed as soon as possible to keep squirrel damages to a minimal. To start, we must get the squirrels out of the attic. 

With most situations, we strive to remove squirrels from attic with as little stress to you and the squirrels as possible. Actual squirrel trapping is rarely the best method. Currently there is NO SQUIRREL REPELLANT that is able to stop squirrels from getting in the attic, squirrels gnawing on the soffit, squirrels on bird feeders. Also, there are NO SQUIRREL POISONS or SQUIRREL PESTICIDES. We also will not offer trapping for squirrels in the lawn. Squirrel removal is only offered to remove squirrels from inside home or businesses.

Squirrels can have 2 litters per year with 3-4 per litter. January and February then again in May and June are the peak seasons. The Eastern Fox Squirrel can live up to 15 years if it can dodge the abundance of predators we have in the area. Predators such as: coyote, fox, cats, dogs, cars, trucks, and the occasional Darwin Award Squirrel.
