Raccoon Removal

Raccoon calls often start with sounds in the attic, footsteps on the roof at night, scratching, knocking, or what customers describe as furniture moving overhead.

Raccoons are strong and determined. They can enter through slotted roof vents, roof-soffit intersections, roof edging, and damaged construction gaps, then tear or pull until the opening is large enough.

Nesting material, visible damage, and frantic chewing can point to a raccoon that is nesting, trapped, or trying to get out. Long-term attic damage can include insulation damage, contamination, wire damage, and damage to roof decking or structural materials.
