About Armadillo Control

Armadillo Control

The Small State Mammal of Texas, the Armadillo has been seen both in our lawns and along our highways since the beginning of time it seems. Over night, armadillo damage can appear like someone took a tiller to a well manicured lawn. This typically occurs late July-October during the driest parts of the year. More so to those that water their lawns and fertilize as this keeps the worms and grubs close to the surface where the Armadillo can easily dig them out of the ground. Typically November when the fall rains come, the Armadillo retreat back to the creeks and wood lines where they get ready for their spring babies (Fun Fact: 4 young of the same sex, from a single egg, that share the same placenta.) to be born around March and start the cycle all over.

Armadillo Trapping

Depending on the size of the property, and surrounding environmental conditions, armadillo trapping services can pose challenges. Armadillo removal needs to be customized to the property we will be working on. Cost for armadillo control will be based on several factors: size of the property, extent of the armadillo damages, and approximant number of armadillos removed.
