Why decontamination belongs in the plan
Wildlife that enters a home can urinate, defecate, nest, and leave odor in attic or hidden spaces. Removal solves the active animal problem, but it does not automatically clean the affected area.
Chemical sanitation may be needed to address biological concerns associated with droppings and urine, including E. coli, Salmonella, Leptospirosis, and other contamination risks.
- Droppings, urine, odor, and nesting material
- Attic and hidden-space contamination
- Biological concern review after wildlife activity
