Beaver Control

Nuisance Control

Damages

Beaver cause approximately $2.5 million dollars in damages annually by cutting down trees and damming streams and ponds flooding nearby properties or causing erosion according to this site https://a-z-animals.com/blog/beavers-in-texas-where-do-they-live/. However, this seems extremely low when compared to other southern states where numbers exceed $70 million.

Benefits of Beavers

In Yellowstone Nation Park, beavers have been credited with bringing back life into several areas of the park with the reintroduction of the beaver. This helped with creating new ponds and wetlands for the wildlife to thrive.

Creating Balance

We believe that effective control can be managed by population control and mechanical control methods. Mechanical Control can consist of designing culvert barriers that are beaver resistant to dam building, wrapping trees to prevent damage. Every situation is unique and requires on site consultation for the most effective solution.

Beaver Control

Beaver trapping offers a wide variety of techniques to control beaver problems. Each property presents its own challenges. Deciding what will be the best beaver control method for your property will be determined upon inspection of the property.
