Information you provide

When you request service, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address or city, and details about the pest or wildlife issue. We use that information to respond, schedule service, provide estimates, and maintain business records.

Analytics and cookies

Optional analytics do not begin until you select “Accept analytics.” If accepted, we use a first-party visitor cookie to recognize repeat visits without storing the cookie’s raw identifier in our analytics database. The server stores only a one-way pseudonymous value. We also collect pages viewed, button and contact-link interactions, referring website or campaign tags, broad device type, and approximate city or state supplied by our hosting provider.

The analytics visitor cookie and your consent preference may remain for up to one year. Google Analytics and Google Ads may also set cookies after acceptance to measure traffic and advertising results. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the site or submitting a service request. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate the website, deliver email, host data, measure site performance, or manage customer service and billing. These providers include Vercel, Supabase, Google, Resend, and GorillaDesk, as applicable to the action you take. Analytics events are retained for a limited period. Service-request and customer records may be retained as needed to provide service, meet legal or accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
