Currin Pest Control respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

When you request service, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address or city, and details about the pest or wildlife issue. We use that information to respond, schedule service, provide estimates, and maintain business records.

Analytics and cookies

Basic analytics counts page views, contact-link interactions, and bounded engagement without an optional visitor cookie. If you choose Allow, a first-party visitor cookie can recognize repeat visits. The server stores a one-way pseudonymous value rather than the raw identifier. Google Analytics and Google Ads also load only after acceptance.

The first-party choice and visitor cookies expire after 90 days without renewing when read. Basic only deletes the optional visitor identifier. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track select Basic only. You can change your choice using Analytics choices in the footer. Every choice keeps the service form available.

With Allow, this website also keeps the first and most recent Google ad click identifiers, campaign details and a source category, such as paid search, organic search or referral, in your browser for up to 90 days. If you submit a service request while that choice is active, those details are saved privately with the request to help measure where inquiries came from. Limited request references, source and campaign details, and recorded sale dates and amounts can be sent to the private management system used by Orion Studios. Choosing Basic only, Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track clears the browser details and prevents new optional attribution. Changing your choice does not delete a service request already saved.

Currin may record whether a request became a sale and the sale amount for business reporting. That record does not confirm payment. The private marketing feed excludes names, contact details, addresses, request messages and raw ad click identifiers.

Google may replace the business phone number with a forwarding number to measure calls after Allow. Text-message links keep the business number. A click on a call link does not show that a call occurred or that a service visit was booked.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate the website, deliver email, host data, measure site performance, or manage customer service and billing. These providers include Vercel, Supabase, Google, Resend, and GorillaDesk, as applicable to the action you take. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect people, property, or our legal rights.

Data retention and security

Raw CMS analytics events expire after 90 days. Counts-only daily summaries may be retained longer. Service-request and customer records may be retained as needed to provide service, meet legal or accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Attribution saved with a service request follows the retention of that request. Browser ad details expire separately after 90 days. A functional request identifier helps prevent duplicate requests when a submission is retried. It does not require optional analytics.

Your choices
