Rats only need a small opening to enter a structure. Holes around 3/4 inch and larger need to be addressed during rat exclusion.
Roof rats are the most common rats Currin sees. They often live and feed above ground and are attracted to pecans, acorns, fruit, bird seed, pet food, and other available food sources.
Norway rats are heavier-bodied rats that often live in burrows, under sidewalks or driveways, or in ground-level routes through grasses and rural areas.
Rodent bait does not make rats leave a home. Rats in attics can find water around HVAC condensation lines and drip pans, then gnaw PVC or travel along dirty pipe runs. Currin focuses on inspection, trapping, exclusion, and sanitation recommendations instead of relying on bait myths.

Currin Pest Control is a zero-balance company. Services are paid at the time work begins. PayPal, cash, check, and major credit cards are accepted, and invoices and service reports are handled by email.
What is your guarantee?
If the work does not meet your satisfaction, Currin keeps working to correct the problem. If expectations still are not met, the last service is refunded.
