Pest, wildlife, inspection, and attic restoration services

Currin Pest Control helps homeowners, businesses, real estate agents, and property managers solve pest and wildlife problems from inspection through cleanup and prevention.

How Currin Works

A practical path from inspection to prevention

The goal is to identify the source of the issue, handle the active problem, and reduce the chance of repeat activity.

01

Inspect

Confirm the pest, animal, entry points, and property conditions before recommending work.

02

Remove or Treat

Use the correct service approach for the active pest, wildlife, bee, or attic issue.

03

Repair and Restore

Address damage, contamination, and access points when those are part of the problem.

04

Follow Up

Keep communication clear with practical next steps and service reporting.

Full Service Mix

Use the right service for the full problem

The service directory is easiest to use when it shows how Currin connects inspection, removal, treatment, repair guidance, cleanup, and prevention.

Wildlife, cleanup, and attic restoration often connect

A wildlife call may start with a raccoon, squirrel, rat, skunk, opossum, armadillo, beaver, or snake, but the full job often includes more than removal.

Attic animals can leave entry damage, nesting material, droppings, urine, odor, chewed wiring, and damaged insulation. Currin looks at removal, exclusion, sanitation, and insulation restoration as connected parts of the same problem.

  • Humane trapping or exclusion where appropriate
  • Entry-point inspection and repair guidance
  • Sanitation and insulation recommendations when attic areas are contaminated

Pest control depends on the pest and the conditions

Currin separates ants, German roaches, earwigs, mosquitoes, and other pest pressure because each problem behaves differently.

Currin uses the inspection findings, species, activity pattern, moisture, shelter, and breeding pressure to decide whether the right answer is a one-time treatment, recurring service, or a more targeted plan.

  • Ants, roaches, earwigs, mosquitoes, wasps, spiders, crickets, and rodents
  • Residential and commercial service
  • Phone estimates when possible and inspection when the scope is unclear

Specialty inspections keep the next step grounded

Some services should start with documentation and diagnosis before treatment. That includes general pest and wildlife inspections, termite and WDI reports, and structural honey bee removals.

Currin can often estimate by phone or provide a no-cost service consultation when the customer is considering Currin for the work. Diagnostic inspections, peace-of-mind visits, or situations that cannot be scoped remotely may have an inspection fee. If service is approved within 30 days, Currin applies the inspection cost toward the service.

  • Pest, wildlife, and attic inspections
  • Termite and WDI inspection reports
  • Honey bee, sanitation, and insulation planning
